I had my first proper Heart Harmony client. My regular decided to change her session to heart harmony. She is usually very fast talking and chats at start when I massage I told her I can’t talk when I’m doing the treatment as I need to really focus as I’m still integrating what I learnt and still thinking about what I have to do. She understood and made sure she didn’t chat.

She dropped almost instantly into a deep state from the start. She said she absolutely loved me working on her heart area and the best feeling was when I did underbody work! She said she felt like she was floating off the table the whole time I worked on her upper body.

She loved the stones and also areas I massaged like her abductors.

I really noticed she dropped very deeply into it. She felt it was amazing and would rotate one month with Lomi and the next time with heart harmony. She is also keen to save up to add the facial to the next one!

Honestly I could see her face looked so different after. I also used my sound chimes on her to integrate heart healing. But I feel so much more confident after her feedback!

I also had an incredible energy surge through my heart when I was channelling energy towards the end. It was like a light and very different vibe that was coming through my heart as I was asking for blessings and healing on the client. The retreat starts from 2pm on Tuesday 17th September 2024 and we check out by 10am on Monday 23rd September 2024.

Each morning we will meet in the meeting area around 8:00am for Qi Gong, breakfast and grounding time together. Training workshops start around 10am most days.

Lunch will be served on site and we will finish around 4pm most days.

Each day, there is an optional activity (nature walks, Access Consciousness Session etc) or you may choose to have some free time.

With over 20 years experience as a Beauty Therapist and highly regarded Therapeutic and Remedial Massage Therapist, Sandra Jones-Rider is an expert in her field. Sandra's experience encompasses a broad spectrum of therapies: Shiatsu, Indian Head, Lomi Lomi ,Acupressure, Reiki 1 and 2, Dr Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Complex Decongestive Therapy, along with personal experience gained working in the United States where she was trained in many different wet room treatments and hydrotherapy applications.Sandra's knowledge of Crystal therapies and Massaging with Stone is unparalleled, she is the master curator of Stone Eagle Massage Stones and Senior Trainer and program developer of Stone Eagle Training. ABOUT STONE EAGLE

Stone Eagle began with a conversation between friends that led to a partnership built on trust and a mutual respect for the vibrational energy and healing properties of natural materials

Already recognised as Australia’s leading trainer in stone massage therapies, Sandra Jones-Rider was seeking a better alternative to basalt stones. Basalt stones are mass produced in China, don’t hold heat well and are often a source of cross-contamination between clients, with the porous nature of the rock making cleaning both difficult and time consuming.

A close friend who understood the energy of stones, and had spent much of his life devoted to his practice living in an ashram, offered to use his lapidary machine to craft a set of granite stones, rich in heat-retaining quartz.

And so Stone Eagle was born.

ABOUT SANDRA'S JOURNEY

The Bunya Pine is considered a sacred tree by many Aboriginal people – some consider it to be their 'Mother Spirit' or totem. The edible nuts of the bunya pine were, and remain, a ceremonial food of great significance.

My journey began when we were in the middle of a very hard and challenging year. The year we faced the pandemic 2020. As an empathic and compassionate person, I noticed global grief and suffering happening. People needed to feel connected again. Connected to nature and to others. This is where we can feel our sense of belonging.

I was introduced to an indigenous lady in North Queensland who shared with me her story of healing and what she wanted to share with others. She told me about her Grandmother Ruby who was no longer with us on this earth but would visit her and share insights and tips on how to help others in her dreams. She also shared massage techniques with her and how to use them.

After our conversation that gave me goosebumps that day, I had Ruby also visit me that night and she shared massage moves that she wanted me to do. I actually woke myself up doing the moves that night. I instantly grabbed my notebook and wrote it down. I continued to connect with the healing indigenous women in North Queensland and finally come up with an finalised treatment that I call Heart Harmony.

The treatment focuses on underbody work with the stones and flowing rhythmic moves. The stones we use are heated crystals to enhance the healing experience.

Now I am ready to share this experience with you in the beautiful Bunya Mountains, where there is beautiful serenity and nature to hold the space for everyone to relax and heal while learning a beautiful treatment to offer their clients. I have a strong belief that learning happens on a deeper level when we are in a space of being nurtured and supported.
